We execute Piping and Pipeline works from fabrication to commissioning, including welding, NDT, hydrotesting, flushing, reinstatement, valve installation, and on-line instrument hook-ups. Scope covers process piping, utility piping, and firewater networks, in compliance with ASME / API and approved project specifications.
SDC Roof Drain System provides safe and reliable drainage for Floating roof storage tanks, ensuring smooth rainwater removal without leakage or binding. Designed for submerged operation with flexible mechanical movement, it delivers a long, maintenance-free service life.
(In Collaboration with IIT's, NIT's & Technical Institutes) We work to design and develop custom R&D apparatus, supporting universities, R&D centers, and industries requiring custom-built laboratory instruments, prototype development, and high-precision research equipment
Fabrication and erection of CS / MS / SS storage tanks, including shells, floors, roofs, nozzles, manways, and walkways, executed as per API 650 and PESO guidelines, with dimensional accuracy, fit-up, alignment, and hydrotesting for reliable storage service.
Design, fabrication and erection of trusses, sheds, pipe racks, platforms, staircases, handrails, equipment supports and structural assemblies including alignment, bolting, welding, sheeting, and finishing as per IS / AWS structural codes.
We perform Copper Slag / Grit / Sand Blasting and industrial airless painting, along with Hot-Dip Galvanization and Zinc Coating. Surface preparation and coating works are executed per ISO, NACE, and SSPC standards for corrosion protection.
RCC foundations, industrial flooring, drains, boundary walls, approach roads, retaining walls, and structural concrete works. Includes design-mix batching, GSB/WMM layer preparation, compaction, paver block laying, and finishing as per IS / IRC / ASTM project specifications.
HT/LT cabling, industrial plant wiring, earthing systems, cable tray installation, electrical panel mounting, termination, loop checking, IR testing, and commissioning. Integrated with MCC/PCC & control panels as per IS / IEC. (Licensed Contractor)
Erection and commissioning of pumps, compressors, vessels, heat exchangers, and process equipment, including alignment, leveling, grouting, piping interface, and functional testing as per OEM and industrial safety standards.
Planned shutdowns, maintenance, equipment overhauling, valve servicing, pipeline replacement, and restoration works executed in controlled schedules with safety & quality compliance for reliable plant restart.
We perform tank plate replacement, bottom and roof repair, shell patching, internal coating, and foundation repairs in accordance with API 653 procedures. Scope includes inspection support, repair execution, testing, and recommissioning.
QUALITY CONTROLAll work is executed under strict inspection procedures with documented quality assurance, testing and certification processes. Dedicated QC engineers ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
SAFETY MANAGEMENTOur team follows a zero-incident safety approach supported by toolbox training, work permit compliance, PPE enforcement and continuous risk assessment on site.
